Conversation About Job In a Hotel

Two bussiness people meet by chance in a hotel. On of them is from indonesia , the other is from another country . They get into conversations and begin to compare working conditions in their countries.

-Mr. Budi              : Hello Mr. George how are you?

-Mr. George         : Oh, hello i’m fine thank you and you ?

-Mr. Budi           : Oh im very fine too, how about the current state of your company in London Mr. George?

-Mr. George       : My company is well developed, many products that we have compiled plans to release new products.

-Mr. Budi                : Really? ouch great !.

-Mr. George     : Yeah, we're trying to release a new product so that consumers get satisfaction.

-Mr. Budi               : By the way, what company do you handle this when Mr. George?

-Mr. George           : My company is engaged in the food and drink.

-Mr. Budi               : What is the name of your company?

-Mr. George          : Do you know the "NEYSTLE" companies?. It is my company.

-Mr. Budi             : "NEYSTLE”? yes, I know the company. In Indonesia, a lot of the products of the NEYSTLE’s Company.

-Mr. George       : You're right, now I'm looking at the condition of my company branches in Indonesia, by the way how your company Mr. Budi?

-Mr. Budi             : My company in Indonesia is also growing rapidly. Currently we are trying to penetrate the global market, such as your company.

-Mr. George          : Oh, that’s good. What is the name of your company?

-Mr. Budi             : The name of my company is "INDOFEED", for this time we managed to penetrate the market of Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia. We will penetrate the Korean market, Thailand and Vietnam.

-Mr. George           : Oh Great!. But what about the security systems at your company?

-Mr. George   : We had a meeting with shareholders and identify problems and collecting data to develop and evaluate alternatives after that we will implement the decision and evaluation of the results.

-Mr. Budi          : Yes I think the right decision with the company will be able to stand upright without taking over the role of the company.

-Mr. George      : Yes you are correct, decision making for the company it is necessary for the relevant companies and those working in the company.

-Mr. Budi             : And what benefits your company benefits in Mr. George?

-Mr. George       : There are two types of benefits that we provide to employees, the first is medical benefits and second is retirement benefits.
